Cancellation Policy
Garden Booking Policy: All garden hire prices are for the day, Full payment is required to reserve a date. Additional items or services such as decoration, tables, outdoor cooling units, DJ, etc come at an additional cost. Please note that if you are paying offline, we will send you our booking link to reserve your date via our website. We require a minimum of three weeks' notice if you wish to cancel or move your date. Please note, that there are charges on ALL refunds. No shows or cancellation a day before event is non-refundable. Once payments are made, it automatically means that you have accepted our offer to book our space and all policies stated via whatsapp and our invoice. Kindly contact Lush Gardens for more information about fees. Accepted Payment methods: bank transfers, cash, World Remit, Western Union, Paystack & PayPal. DECORATION SET UP NOTICE: Please note, if you plan to set up a day before your event, below are a few things to note: - If an event is currently ongoing, your set up can only be done after the event is over. You can opt for overnight work or early hours from 5:00AM. - If there is no event at the garden, set up can begin from 1:00pm. If your set up is elaborate, please call us to explain your plans. Please note, we may have our in house scheduled garden activities ongoing as*well. - We charge N5000-N60,000 for fuel or diesel for overnight work to power the garden depending on the rate and option available. -Please note, all our garden hire fees are inclusive of diesel for power for your event's diesel dur*tion only. - If you plan to use a whole day(s) before to set up we charge N150,000 per day inclusive of diesel for power.
